And it is He Who has created ears and eyes and hearts for you; very little is the right you acknowledge. 78 It is He who multiplied you on the earth, and it will be before Him that you will be gathered. 79 It is He who gives life, and makes to die, and to Him belongs the alternation of night and day; what, will you not understand? 80 But nay, they speak as the people of olden times did speak: 81 They say, "When we die and become dust and bones, shall we then be raised up again? 82 "Such things have been promised to us and to our fathers before! they are nothing but tales of the ancients!" 83 Say: "Whose is the earth and whosoever is therein? If you know!" 84 [And they will reply: "Unto God." Say: "Will you not, then, bethink yourselves [of Him]?" 85 Say: Who is Lord of the seven heavens, and Lord of the Tremendous Throne? 86 They will surely say: "Allah." Say: "Will you not, then, fear (Allah)?" 87 Say: 'In whose hand is the dominion of everything, protecting and Himself unprotected, if you have knowledge?' 88 They will surely say: God's. Say thou: how then are ye turned away? 89 We have sent them the Truth: but they indeed practise falsehood! 90 Allah has not chosen any child, nor any other God along with Him – were it so, each God would have taken away its creation, and each one would certainly wish superiority over the other; Purity is to Allah above all the matters they fabricate. 91 He has the knowledge of all seen and unseen things. He is too exalted to be considered equal to anything else. 92
