▼ 51 Drivers of the Winds
Al-Dhaareyaat 3 of 3
And heaven – We made it with Our Own Power and We have the Power to do so. 47 We have spread out the earth, how well We have spread it out, 48 And of everything We have created pairs; perhaps you will take heed. 49 Therefore fly to Allah, surely I am a plain warner to you from Him. 50 And do not ascribe divinity to aught side by side with God: verily, I am a plain warner to you from Him!" 51 Even thus no apostle came to those before them but they said: "He is a sorcerer or a mad man." 52 Did they suggest it to them? Rather, they [themselves] are a transgressing people. 53 Then turn your back upon them for you are not to blame; 54 Keep on reminding them. This benefits the believers. 55 And I have not created the jinn and mankind but that they should worship Me. 56 I do not want from them any provision, nor do I want them to feed Me. 57 Lo! Allah! He it is that giveth livelihood, the Lord of unbreakable might. 58 And indeed, for those who have wronged is a portion [of punishment] like the portion of their predecessors, so let them not impatiently urge Me. 59 Alas the woe for those who refuse to believe in the Day which has been promised them. 60
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
