The Elephant (Al-Feel)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

Hast thou not seen how thy Lord did with the Men of the Elephant? 1 Put He not their stratagem to straying. 2 Thus, He let loose upon them great swarms of flying creatures 3 Which pelted them with stones of baked clay, 4 And turned them into pastured fields of corn? 5

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
