VERILY, those who are conscious of God [shall find themselves in the hereafter] amidst gardens and springs, 45 "Enter therein in peace and security!" -- 46 And We shall have removed whatsoever of grudge may be in their breasts: brethren they; sitting upon couches facing each other. 47 no fatigue there shall smite them, neither shall they ever be driven forth from there. 48 ۞ Tell My servants that I alone am the Forgiving, the Merciful One, 49 And verily My torment! that is the torment afflictive 50 Tell them about the guests of Abraham. 51 When they came to him and said: "Peace," he answered: "Truly we are afraid of you." 52 They said, 'Be not afraid; behold, we give thee good tidings of a cunning boy.' 53 He said: Bring ye me good tidings (of a son) when old age hath overtaken me? Of what then can ye bring good tidings? 54 They said, "We have, indeed, given you glad tidings in truth; do not therefore despair." 55 He said, "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord except for those astray?" 56 And asked them: "What matter, O angels, brings you here?" 57 They said: Surely we are sent towards a guilty people, 58 Only the family of Lot will all be saved, 59 except his wife (about whom Allah says that) We have decreed that she shall be among those who stay behind." 60
