Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

Hast thou seen him who cries lies to the Doom? 1 That is he who repulses the orphan (harshly), 2 And does not induce others to feed the needy. 3 Woe to those who pray, 4 whose hearts from their prayer are remote 5 to those who make display 6 and, withal, deny all assistance [to their fellow-men]! 7

Almighty God's Truth.
