The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Proclaim the Purity of your Lord, the Supreme. 1 Who created all things and fashioned them in good proportion; 2 who determined and guided, 3 And Who brings out the pasturage, 4 then caused it to wither away. 5 By degrees shall We teach thee to declare (the Message), so thou shalt not forget, 6 save what God may will [thee to forget] - for, verily, He [alone] knows all that is open to [man's] perception as well as all that is hidden [from it] 7 And We will ease you toward ease. 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder benefits, 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 but the wretched will turn away from it. 11 Who will enter the Great Fire, 12 In which he will neither die nor live. 13 Prosperous is he who purifies himself, 14 and mentions the Name of his Lord, and prays. 15 But you prefer the life of this world, 16 Whereas the Hereafter is better and everlasting. 17 And this is in the Books of the earliest (Revelation),- 18 the scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
