We certainly bestowed Our favor upon Moses and Aaron 114 And saved them and their people from great distress, 115 And We helped them, so that they were the victors; 116 And We gave them both the Book that made (things) clear. 117 and guided them upon the Straight Path. 118 and We left them thus to be succeeded by a group [of followers] among later generations: 119 "Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!" 120 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 121 they were among Our believing servants. 122 Elias too was one of the Envoys; 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Would you call on Baal and leave the best of creators, 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your ancestors of yore.” 126 But they called him a liar, therefore they shall most surely be brought up. 127 except the sincere servants of God. 128 and We left for him among the later folk 129 Peace be upon Elias. 130 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 131 he was among Our believing servants. 132 And verily, Lout (Lot) was one of the Messengers. 133 When We saved him and his family, all, 134 except for an old woman who was among those that stayed behind. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 and, verily, [to this day] you pass by the remnants of their dwellings at morning-time 137 And during the night; so do you not have sense? 138
