Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Have you seen one who denies the Day of Judgement? 1 That is he who repulses the orphan (harshly), 2 and never encourages the feeding of the destitute. 3 Woe to those who pray, 4 But who are oblivious of their moral duties, 5 Those who do things only to be seen by others. 6 And who withholds even common necessaries. 7

God the Almighty always says the truth.
