Al-Taghaabun 2 of 2
No affliction comes about but by Allah's permission; and whoever believes in Allah, He guides aright his heart; and Allah is Cognizant of all things. 11 So obey Allah, and obey His Messenger: but if ye turn back, the duty of Our Messenger is but to proclaim (the Message) clearly and openly. 12 God! There is no god but He, so let the faithful put their trust in Him. 13 O believers, some of your spouses and children are your enemies, so beware of them! Yet if you forbear, overlook, and forgive, God is indeed forgiving and kind. 14 Your wealth and your children are just a test; and with Allah is a tremendous reward. 15 So fear God as far as you are able, and give ear, and obey, and expend well for yourselves. And whosoever is guarded against the avarice of his own soul, those -- they are the prosperers. 16 if you give a good loan to God, He will multiply it for you and forgive you, for God is appreciative and forbearing; 17 He knows the unseen and the seen. He is the Majestic and All-wise. 18
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
