And We verily gave grace unto Moses and Aaron, 114 And We saved them and their people from the great affliction, 115 And We helped them, so they were victorious. 116 We granted them a Clear Book, 117 And guided them to the Right Path; 118 and left them thus to be remembered among later generations: 119 Peace be on Moses and Aaron. 120 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 121 for those two were truly among Our believing servants. 122 Elias too was one of the Envoys; 123 When he said to his people: Do you not guard (against evil)? 124 Do you call on Ba'lan (the idol Baal) and abandon the Best Creator, 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your ancestors of yore.” 126 Then they belied him, so verily they are to be brought up. 127 Except the chosen servants of Allah. 128 and him We left thus to be remembered among later generations: 129 "Peace be on Elijah and his people!" 130 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 131 Lo! he is one of our believing slaves. 132 Lot was certainly a Messenger. 133 We saved him and all his kinsmen, 134 Save an old woman among those who stayed behind; 135 Then We utterly destroyed the rest of them. 136 And indeed you pass over them in the morning. – 137 And at night.
