۞ Also We revealed unto Moses, 'Go with My servants by night; surely you will be followed.' 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities musterers: 53 (Saying): "These (Israelites) are but a small band, 54 “And indeed they have angered all of us.” 55 "But we are a multitude amply fore-warned." 56 So We made them leave the gardens and springs of water, 57 their treasures and their noble dwellings -- 58 Thus [We turned them (Pharaoh's people) out] and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 When the two groups came close to each other, the companions of Moses said, "We will be caught". 61 He said: Nay, verily! for lo! my Lord is with me. He will guide me. 62 Then We inspired Moses, saying: Smite the sea with thy staff. And it parted, and each part was as a mountain vast. 63 Then We brought the others to that place. 64 We delivered Moses and all those who were with him, 65 But We drowned the others. 66 Verily! In this is indeed a sign (or a proof), yet most of them are not believers. 67 Surely, your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 68
