Do you not realize that We have sent Satan to incite the unbelievers to sin. 83 Hence, be not in haste [to call down God's punishment] upon them: for We but number the number of their days. 84 and on the Day when We will ceremonially gather the righteous to the Merciful, 85 And drive the guilty towards hell, thirsty. 86 They shall not own intercession, excepting those who have taken of the Compassionate a covenant. 87 They say: "God has begotten a son." 88 Assuredly, you have uttered a monstrous falsehood: 89 Thereby the heavens are nearly torn and the earth split asunder, and mountains fall crashing down 90 because they ascribe a son to the Gracious One. 91 It does not become the majesty of the Compassionate God to take to Himself a son: 92 All that is in the heavens and the earth will return to the Beneficent God as His submissive servants. 93 He has enumerated them and counted them a [full] counting. 94 Every one of them will come before Him all alone on the Day of Resurrection. 95 Surely (as for) those who believe and do good deeds for them will Allah bring about love. 96 (Muhammad), We have given you the Book (the Quran) in your own language so that you could easily give the glad news to the pious ones and warn the quarrelsome ones. 97 How many generations have We laid low before them. Do you see any sign of them, or hear the least whisper of them? 98
