To such will be said, “O My bondmen! This day there shall be no fear upon you, nor any grief.” 68 For (those of) you on that day who believed in My revelations and submitted. 69 Enter the Garden, ye and your wives, to be made glad. 70 To them will be passed large platters and cups of gold. There will be all that souls desire and all that eyes delight in. (And it will be said:) 'There you shall live for ever. 71 This is the Paradise which you have received as your inheritance by virtue of what you have done. 72 Herein you will have abundant fruits of which you will eat.” 73 Lo! the guilty are immortal in hell's torment. 74 It shall not be abated from them and they shall therein be despairing. 75 We wronged them not, but they were the Zalimun (polytheists, wrong-doers, etc.). 76 They will cry, "Master, if only your Lord would put an end to us!" But he [the angel] will answer, "No! You are here to stay." 77 'We brought you the truth, but most of you were averse to the truth.' 78 What! have they settled some plan (among themselves)? But it is We Who settle things. 79 Or do they think that We hear not their secrets and their private counsels? Indeed (We do), and Our messengers are by them, to record. 80 (Muhammad), say, "Had the Beneficent God really had a son, I would certainly have been the first one to worship him. 81 Glorified be the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of the Throne! Exalted be He from all that they ascribe (to Him). 82 But leave them to indulge in idle talk and play [with words] until they face that [Judgment] Day of theirs which they have been promised: 83 It is God who is the Lord of the heavens and is the Lord on earth. He is All-wise and All-knowing. 84 Glory be to Him, to whom belongs the Kingdom of the heavens and the earth and all that between them is; with Him is the knowledge of the Hour, and to Him you shall be returned. 85 Those whom they invoke besides God have no power of intercession, only those who bear witness to the truth and they know. 86 Now if thou ask those [who worship any being other than God] as to who it is that has created them, they are sure to answer, "God." How perverted, then, are their minds! 87 And [Allah acknowledges] his saying, "O my Lord, indeed these are a people who do not believe." 88 We have told him, "Ignore them and say to them 'farewell'. They will soon know the consequences of their deeds 89

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
