In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate 1

Praise belongs to God, the Lord of all Being, 2 The Beneficent, the Merciful. 3 Master of the Day of Judgment. 4 You alone we worship, and to You alone we turn for help. 5 Guide us to the Straight Way 6 The path of those whom You have favoured – Not the path of those who earned Your anger – nor of those who are astray. 7

God the Almighty always says the truth.
