The Key (Al-Faatehah)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir) before Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful 1

All praise belongs to God, Lord of the Universe, 2 the Beneficent, the Merciful; 3 King of the Day of Judgement. 4 Thee (alone) we worship; Thee (alone) we ask for help. 5 Guide us to the straight path: 6 The path of those whom Thou hast favoured. Not of those on whom is indignation brought down, nor of the astray. 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
