The Key (Al-Faatehah)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir) before Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful 1

ALL PRAISE BE to Allah, Lord of all the worlds, 2 The Merciful, the Compassionate 3 Lord of the Day of Judgement. 4 Thee alone do we worship; and unto Thee alone do we turn for aid. 5 Show us the straight way, 6 The path of those whom Thou hast favoured; Not the (path) of those who earn Thine anger nor of those who go astray. 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
