We gave Moses the Book, but they differed regarding it, but for a word that preceded from your Lord, it had been decided between them; and they are in disquieting doubt of it. 110 And lo! unto each thy Lord will verily repay his works in full. Lo! He is Informed of what they do. 111 (Muhammad), be steadfast (in your faith) just as you have been commanded. Those who have turned to God in repentance with you, should also be steadfast in their faith. Do not indulge in rebellion. God is certainly aware of what you do. 112 And incline not toward those who do wrong lest the Fire touch you, and ye have no protecting friends against Allah, and afterward ye would not be helped. 113 And perform the prayer at the two ends of the day and nigh of the night; surely the good deeds will drive away the evil deeds. That is a remembrance unto the mindful. 114 And be thou patient; God will not leave to waste the wage of the good-doers. 115 Why were there no people of understanding among those people of the destroyed towns of the past except for a few, whom we saved from destruction, to prevent people from committing evil in the land? The unjust among them indulged in worldly pleasures and so became guilty. 116 In truth thy Lord destroyed not the townships tyrannously while their folk were doing right. 117 And if your Lord had willed, He could have made mankind one community; but they will not cease to differ. 118 Except whom your Lord has given mercy, and for that He created them. But the word of your Lord is to be fulfilled that, "I will surely fill Hell with jinn and men all together." 119 And all We relate to you of the tidings of the Messengers is that whereby We strengthen your heart and through these the truth has come to you, and an admonition and a reminder to the believers. 120 Say to those who do not believe: "Do what ever ye can: We shall do our part; 121 And await; as verily we are awaiting. 122 To God belongs the knowledge of the unseen in the heavens and the earth and to Him do all affairs return. Worship Him and trust Him. Your Lord is not unaware of what you do. 123
