Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

And verily in the heaven we have set mansions of the stars, and We have beautified it for beholders. 16 and guarded them from every stoned satan. 17 But he who steals a hearing, so there follows him a visible flame. 18 We have spread out the earth, fixed mountains thereupon and caused everything to grow to its proper weight 19 and provided thereon means of livelihood for you [O men] as well as for all [living beings] whose sustenance does not depend on you. 20 And there is not a thing but with Us are the stores thereof. And we send it not down save in appointed measure. 21 We let loose fertilizing winds, and bring water from the sky for you to drink; and you could not have stored it up for yourselves. 22 And most surely We bring to life and cause to die and We are the heirs. 23 We know the people who lived before you and those who will come into existence after you. 24 It is your Lord who will gather them. He is all wise and all knowing. 25
