Al-Hijjr 2 of 6
And We have placed within the heaven great stars and have beautified it for the observers. 16 And We have guarded it from every Satan damned. 17 Except one who comes to eavesdrop – therefore a bright flame goes after him. 18 And the earth - We have spread it and cast therein firmly set mountains and caused to grow therein [something] of every well-balanced thing. 19 and provided thereon means of livelihood for you [O men] as well as for all [living beings] whose sustenance does not depend on you. 20 And there is not a thing but with Us are the stores thereof. And we send it not down save in appointed measure. 21 And We send the winds fertilizing, then We send down water from the heaven and We give it to you to drink, and thereof ye could not be the treasurers. 22 And most surely We bring to life and cause to die and We are the heirs. 23 And assuredly We know those of you who have gone before and those who will come hereafter. 24 Your Lord will surely gather them together: Certainly He is all-wise and all-knowing. 25
