Surely We brought man into being out of dry ringing clay which was wrought from black mud, 26 and before him We created the jinn from smokeless fire. 27 When your Lord said to the angels, "I will create the human being out of pure mud-moulded clay. 28 When I have formed him and breathed My spirit into him, fall down in prostration before him," 29 The angels bowed in homage in a body 30 But Iblis did not; he refused to be with the prostrates. 31 [Allah] said, O Iblees, what is [the matter] with you that you are not with those who prostrate?" 32 He said it was not for me that I should prostrate myself unto a human being whom Thou hast created from ringing clay of loam moulded. 33 (Allah) said: 'Begone, you are accursed! 34 And indeed, upon you is the curse until the Day of Recompense." 35 Iblis prayed, "Lord, grant me respite until the Day of Judgment". 36 Allah said: "For sure you are granted respite 37 “Till the Day of a well-known time.” 38 [Iblis (Satan)] said: "O my Lord! Because you misled me, I shall indeed adorn the path of error for them (mankind) on the earth, and I shall mislead them all. 39 except Your sincere servants". 40 Said He: "This is, with Me, a straight way: 41 over My servants thou shalt have no authority, except those that follow thee, 42 And indeed hell is the promise for all of them. 43 it has seven gates: and each gate has a portion of them allotted to it. 44

عند قراءة القرآن الملون في وضعية اللغة العربية المرسومة بالأحرف الإنجليزية، قد لا تلاحظ وجود منظومة برمجية مصممة لمطابقة متطلبات علامات الوقف في النص العربي الأصلي. فكما تعلم، يحتوي القرآن على خمسة أنواع رئيسية من علامات الوقف. (1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. (3) وقف جائز مع تساوي أولوية الوقف والوصل، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال النصف للنصف. (4) وقف جائز مع الوصل أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلث. When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
