As for the God-fearing, they shall be amid gardens and springs. 45 "(It will be said to them): 'Enter therein (Paradise), in peace and security.' 46 We shall strip away all rancour that is in their breasts; as brothers they shall be upon couches set face to face; 47 Toil shall not afflict them in it, nor shall they be ever ejected from it. 48 ۞ Inform My bondmen that undoubtedly, I surely am the Oft-Forgiving, the Most Merciful. 49 And that My Torment is indeed the most painful torment. 50 Tell them of Abraham's guests. 51 They entered to him and said: 'Peace' but he replied: 'We are afraid of you' 52 'Do not be afraid' they answered. 'We come to give you glad tidings of a knowledgeable child' 53 Said he: "Do you give me this glad tiding despite the fact that old age has overtaken me? Of what [strange thing,] then, are you giving me a tiding!" 54 They said, "We have, indeed, given you glad tidings in truth; do not therefore despair." 55 [Abraham] exclaimed: "And who - other than those who have utterly lost their way - could ever abandon the hope of his Sustainer's grace?" 56 Abraham said: "What then is the business on which ye (have come), O ye messengers (of Allah)?" 57 They answered: "We are sent to people lost in sin [who are to be destroyed,] 58 Except Lut's followers: We will most surely deliver them all, 59 except his wife. We have decreed that she will be among those who remain behind [and will be lost]. 60
