VERILY, those who are conscious of God [shall find themselves in the hereafter] amidst gardens and springs, 45 They will be told: "Enter it in peace and security." 46 We shall cleanse their hearts of all traces of ill-will; they will be like brethren seated on couches facing one another. 47 No fatigue will touch them therein, nor from it will they [ever] be removed. 48 ۞ Inform My servants that I am the Forgiving, the Merciful, 49 and that My punishment is a painful one. 50 And inform them of the guests of Ibrahim: 51 When they entered unto him, and said; peace! He said: verily we are afraid of you. 52 They said: Be not afraid, surely we give you the good news of a boy, possessing knowledge. 53 He said: bear ye me glad tidings when old age hath touched me? of what then ye bear me glad tidings? 54 They answered: "We have given thee the glad tiding of something that is bound to come true. So be not of those who abandon hope!" 55 He said, 'And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, excepting those that are astray?' 56 [Abraham] said, "Then what is your business [here], O messengers?" 57 "We have been sent," they said, "to (punish) a sinful people, 58 "(All) except the family of Lout (Lot). Them all we are surely going to save (from destruction). 59 “Except his wife – we have decided that she is of those who will stay behind.” 60
