The dwellers in El-Hijr cried lies to the Envoys. 80 And We gave them Our Signs, but they were averse to them. 81 And they hewed houses in the mountains in security. 82 But the (Awful) Cry overtook them at the morning hour, 83 So nothing availed them [from] what they used to earn. 84 And We have not created the heavens and earth and that between them except in truth. And indeed, the Hour is coming; so forgive with gracious forgiveness. 85 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-creator, the All-knowing. 86 We have given you the seven dual (verses, Al Fatihah) and the Mighty Holy Reading (Koran). 87 Do not extend your eyes toward that by which We have given enjoyment to [certain] categories of the disbelievers, and do not grieve over them. And lower your wing to the believers 88 and say, 'Surely, I am the manifest warner.' 89 Even as We sent down on the dividers 90 and also divided the Quran believing in some parts and rejecting others. 91 So by your Lord, We will surely question them all 92 For that which they have been working. 93 So declare to them what We have enjoined, and turn away from idolaters. 94 We will, surely, suffice you against those who mock, 95 Who set up along with Allah another ilah (god), they will come to know. 96 We are well aware that you are disheartened by what they say. 97 But glorify your Lord with His praise, and prostrate yourself: 98 And worship thy Lord until there cometh unto thee the certainty. 99
