Abraham was a community in himself devoted to God and true in faith, He was not one of the polytheists; 120 ever thankful for His favors. He chose him and He guided him to a Straight Path. 121 We bestowed good upon him in this world, and in the Hereafter he shall certainly be among the righteous. 122 Afterwards We revealed unto thee: follow thou the faith of Ibrahim the upright; and he was not of the associaters. 123 The Sabbath was only appointed for those who were at variance thereon; surely thy Lord will decide between them on the Day of Resurrection, touching their differences. 124 Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good instruction, and argue with them in a way that is best. Indeed, your Lord is most knowing of who has strayed from His way, and He is most knowing of who is [rightly] guided. 125 And if you take your turn, then retaliate with the like of that with which you were afflicted; but if you are patient, it will certainly be best for those who are patient. 126 And be patient and your patience is not but by (the assistance of) Allah, and grieve not for them, and do not distress yourself at what they plan. 127 God is verily with those who are pious and devout, and those who are doers of good. 128
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
