(And remember) the Day when We shall call together all human beings with their (respective) Imam [their Prophets, or their records of good and bad deeds, or their Holy Books like the Quran, the Taurat (Torah), the Injeel (Gospel), etc.]. So whosoever is given his record in his right hand, such will read their records, and they will not be dealt with unjustly in the least. 71 And whoever is blind in this, he shall (also) be blind in the hereafter; and more erring from the way. 72 And their purpose was to tempt thee away from that which We had revealed unto thee, to substitute in our name something quite different; (in that case), behold! they would certainly have made thee (their) friend! 73 If We had not made you stand firm, you would almost have inclined towards them a little. 74 Had you done so, We would certainly have made you face double punishment in this life and after your death and you would have found none to help you. 75 They had nearly expelled you from the land and driven you away from it. But then, they too would have stayed but a little after you. 76 [such has been Our] way with all of Our apostles whom We sent before thy time; and no change wilt thou find in Our ways. 77
