(And remember) the Day when We shall call together all human beings with their (respective) Imam [their Prophets, or their records of good and bad deeds, or their Holy Books like the Quran, the Taurat (Torah), the Injeel (Gospel), etc.]. So whosoever is given his record in his right hand, such will read their records, and they will not be dealt with unjustly in the least. 71 And whosoever hath been in this life blind will in the Hereafter be blind, and far astray from the way. 72 And surely they had purposed to turn you away from that which We have revealed to you, that you should forge against Us other than that, and then they would certainly have taken you for a friend. 73 And had We not made thee firm [in faith,] thou might have inclined to them a little 74 And if it were*, We would then have made you taste a double life and a double death you would then not find any supporter against Us. (* Which is impossible.) 75 They had nearly expelled you from the land and driven you away from it. But then, they too would have stayed but a little after you. 76 Such was Our way with the messengers We sent before you, and you will find no change in Our ways. 77

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
