The human being says, "Shall I be brought to life again after I will die?" 66 But does not man call to mind that We created him before out of nothing? 67 By your Lord, We will gather them and the satans, and We shall parade them hobbling on their knees in Gehenna: 68 from every party We will pluck out whichever of them was the most hardened in disdain of the Most Merciful. 69 Moreover, We well know those who most deserve to be burned in hell. 70 It is the inevitable decree of your Lord that every one of you will be taken to hell. 71 We shall then rescue the pious – and leave the unjust in it, fallen on their knees. 72 And when Our clear communications are recited to them, those who disbelieve say to those who believe: Which of the two parties is best in abiding and best in assembly? 73 How numerous are the peoples We destroyed before them - those that were more resourceful and grander in outward appearance! 74 Say: "Ar-Rahman extends the life of those who are astray until they come to realise what had been promised them was either (physical) affliction or (the terror) of Resurrection. Then will they know who is worse in position, and who is weak in supporters. 75 And Allah increaseth in guidance those who let themselves be guided, and the righteous works that last are excellent with thy Lord in respect of reward and excellent in respect of return. 76 Hast thou seen him who disbelieveth in Our revelations and saith: Assuredly I shall be given wealth and children? 77 Hath he perused the Unseen, or hath he made a pact with the Beneficent? 78 On the contrary, We will write down what he says and prolong the length of his punishment. 79 And We shall inherit from him that whereof he spake, and he shall come to us alone. 80 And they have taken to them other gods apart from God, that they might be for them a might. 81 By no means! They shall soon deny their worship and shall become their adversaries instead. 82
