Man says: "What! When I am dead, shall I then be raised up alive?" 66 Remembereth not man that We created him afore when he was not aught? 67 By your Lord, We will surely muster them and the devils together. Then We will surely bring them all, on their knees, around Hell, 68 and then We will draw aside from each party those who were most rebellious against the Most Compassionate Lord, 69 Then surely it is We who are the Best Knower of these worthiest of being therein roasted. 70 And there is none of you except he will come to it. This is upon your Lord an inevitability decreed. 71 We shall then rescue the pious – and leave the unjust in it, fallen on their knees. 72 And when Our manifest revelations are rehearsed unto them, those who disbelieve say unto those who believe: which of the two portions is better in station and goodlier in company? 73 And many a generation We did destroy before them, who exceeded them in wealth and pomp! 74 Say, "The Gracious One grants respite for a time to those who are in error until, when they are confronted with what they are promised, either in punishment [in the world] or in [the approach of] the Hour, they will realize who is worse in respect of position and who is weaker in resources." 75 And God endows those who avail themselves of [His] guidance with an ever-deeper consciousness of the right way; and good deeds, the fruit whereof endures forever, are, in thy Sustainer's sight, of far greater merit [than any worldly goods,] and yield far better returns. 76 Have you seen him who denies the truth in Our revelations and says, "I shall certainly be given wealth and children." 77 Has he penetrated to the Unseen, or has he taken a contract with (Allah) Most Gracious? 78 By no means! We shall write down that which he saith; and We shall lengthen for him of the torment a length. 79 and We shall inherit all the resources and hosts of which he boasts, and he will come to Us all alone. 80 They have taken other gods apart from God that they might be a strength to them. 81 By no means! anon they shall deny their worship, and become unto them an adversary. 82
