Seest thou not that We have set the devils on the disbelievers to confound them with confusion? 83 Therefore, do not hasten (things) against them, for We count out to them a number, 84 On the Day whereon We shall gather the God-feaing unto the Compassionate as an embassy. 85 And drive the guilty unto hell, a weary herd, 86 None shall have the power of intercession, but such a one as has received permission (or promise) from the Most Beneficent (Allah). 87 And they say: 'The Merciful has taken a son' 88 Surely, you have brought a monstrous thing! 89 Which would cleave the skies asunder, rend the earth, and split the mountains, 90 For they have attributed a son to Ar-Rahman, 91 And it is not worthy of the Beneficent Allah that He should take (to Himself) a son. 92 Not one of all [the beings] that are in the heavens or on earth appears before the Most Gracious other than as a servant: 93 He has counted them and numbered them precisely, 94 On the Day of Resurrection each one of these will come to Him singly. 95 Verily those who believe and do righteous works - anon the Compassionate shall appoint for them affection. 96 So We have made this (the Quran) easy in your own tongue (O Muhammad SAW), only that you may give glad tidings to the Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - See V. 2:2), and warn with it the Ludda (most quarrelsome) people. 97 And how many a generation before them have We destroyed! Canst thou (Muhammad) see a single man of them, or hear from them the slightest sound? 98
