Do you not realize that We have sent Satan to incite the unbelievers to sin. 83 Hence, be not in haste [to call down God's punishment] upon them: for We but number the number of their days. 84 On the Day when We shall gather the Godconscious unto [Us,] the Most Gracious, as honoured guests, 85 And drive the guilty towards hell, thirsty. 86 They shall not control intercession, save he who has made a covenant with the Beneficent Allah. 87 And the disbelievers said, “The Most Gracious has chosen an offspring.” 88 You have uttered a grievous thing 89 whereat the heavens might well-nigh be rent into fragments, and the earth be split asunder, and the mountains fall down in ruins! 90 because they ascribe a son to the Gracious One. 91 although it is inconceivable that the Most Gracious should take unto Himself a son! 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but will come to the Beneficent Allah as a servant. 93 He has counted them and calculated their number. 94 And each of them is to come to Him on the Day of Judgment alone. 95 Those who believe and do righteous deeds, the Merciful will assign for them love. 96 So We have made this (the Quran) easy in your own tongue (O Muhammad SAW), only that you may give glad tidings to the Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - See V. 2:2), and warn with it the Ludda (most quarrelsome) people. 97 How many generations living before them did We destroy? Do you find anyone of them around or do you even hear any word from them? 98
