Do you not see that We have sent the devils upon the disbelievers, inciting them to [evil] with [constant] incitement? 83 So take no hasty action against them; their days are numbered. 84 On the Day We will gather the righteous to the Most Merciful as a delegation 85 and drive those who were lost in sin unto hell as a thirsty herd is driven to a well 86 having no power of intercession, save those who have taken with the All-merciful covenant. 87 And they say, "The Most Merciful has taken [for Himself] a son." 88 Assuredly ye have brought a thing monstrous. 89 Thereby the heavens are nearly torn and the earth split asunder, and mountains fall crashing down 90 at their ascribing a son to the Most Compassionate Lord. 91 But it is not suitable for (the Majesty of) the Most Beneficent (Allah) that He should beget a son (or offspring or children). 92 None there is in the heavens and the earth but must come unto the Compassionate as a bondman. 93 indeed, He has full cognizance of them, and has numbered them with [unfailing] numbering; 94 Every one of them shall come to Him upon the Day of Resurrection, all alone. 95 Verily those who believe and do righteous works - anon the Compassionate shall appoint for them affection. 96 So have We made the (Qur'an) easy in thine own tongue, that with it thou mayest give Glad Tidings to the righteous, and warnings to people given to contention. 97 for, how many a generation have We destroyed before their time - [and] canst thou perceive any one of them [now,] or hear any whisper of them? 98
