See you not that We have sent the Shayatin (devils) against the disbelievers to push them to do evil. 83 So hasten thou not against them; We are only counting against them a counting. 84 On the Day of Judgment, when the pious people will be brought into the presence of the Beneficent God as the guests of honor 85 and drive those who were lost in sin unto hell as a thirsty herd is driven to a well 86 People do not own the right to intercede, except those* who have made a covenant with the Most Gracious. (* The Holy Prophets and virtuous people will be given the permission to intercede. Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him – will be the first to intercede.) 87 They say, "The Gracious One has begotten a son." 88 Surely you have made a monstrous statement. 89 Whereby the heavens are almost torn, and the earth is split asunder, and the mountains fall in ruins, 90 For they have attributed a son to Ar-Rahman, 91 But it is not suitable for (the Majesty of) the Most Beneficent (Allah) that He should beget a son (or offspring or children). 92 There is no one in the heavens and earth but that he comes to the Most Merciful as a servant. 93 He has counted and enumerated them one by one. 94 And everyone of them will come to Him singly on the Day of Judgment. 95 Verily those who believe and do righteous works - anon the Compassionate shall appoint for them affection. 96 So have We made the (Qur'an) easy in thine own tongue, that with it thou mayest give Glad Tidings to the righteous, and warnings to people given to contention. 97 How many generations We have destroyed before them! Can you find a single one of them alive now, or hear so much as a whisper from them? 98
