Do you not see that We have appointed devils to incite those who deny the truth to disobedience? 83 So hasten thou not against them; We are only counting against them a counting. 84 On the Day when We shall gather the Godconscious unto [Us,] the Most Gracious, as honoured guests, 85 and We shall drive the guilty ones to Hell as a thirsty herd. 86 having no power of intercession, save those who have taken with the All-merciful covenant. 87 And they say, 'The All-merciful has taken unto Himself a son. 88 Indeed you have brought forth (said) a terrible evil thing. 89 At it the skies are ready to burst, the earth to split asunder, and the mountains to fall down in utter ruin, 90 because they ascribe a son to the Gracious One. 91 When it does not behove the Merciful to have a son. 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but comes before Ar-Rahman in all obedience. 93 Assuredly He hath comprehended them and counted them a full counting. 94 On the Day of Resurrection each one of these will come to Him singly. 95 On those who believe and work deeds of righteousness, will (Allah) Most Gracious bestow love. 96 Therefore, We have revealed the Qur'an in your tongue and made it easy to understand that you may give glad tidings to the God-fearing and warn a contentious people. 97 And how many have We destroyed before them of generations? Do you perceive of them anyone or hear from them a sound? 98
