Do you not see that We have set the devils against the infidels to rouse and instigate them? 83 Therefore, do not hasten (in seeking a scourge against them). We are counting their days. 84 On the Day whereon We shall gather the God-feaing unto the Compassionate as an embassy. 85 and We shall drive the guilty ones to Hell as a thirsty herd. 86 They shall not control intercession, save he who has made a covenant with the Beneficent Allah. 87 And they say: the Compassionate hath taken a son. 88 Certainly you have made an abominable assertion 89 The heavens may almost be rent thereat, and the earth cleave asunder, and the mountains fall down in pieces, 90 to ascribe a son to the Beneficent God. 91 And it does not befit the Most Gracious to choose an offspring! 92 None is there in the heavens and earth but he comes to the All-merciful as a servant; 93 Verily He knoweth them and numbereth them with (right) numbering. 94 And each of them is to come to Him on the Day of Judgment alone. 95 On those who believe and work deeds of righteousness, will (Allah) Most Gracious bestow love. 96 We have therefore made this Qur’an easy upon your tongue, (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) for you to announce glad tidings with it to those who fear, and warn those who are quarrelsome. 97 And how many a generation We destroyed before them! Dost thou perceive so much as one of them, or hear of them a whisper? 98
