See you not that We have sent the Shayatin (devils) against the disbelievers to push them to do evil. 83 So make no haste against them, for We but count out to them a (limited) number (of days). 84 The day on which We will gather those who guard (against evil) to the Beneficent Allah to receive honors 85 and the criminals will be driven and thrown into hell, 86 None shall have the power of intercession, but such a one as has received permission (or promise) from the Most Beneficent (Allah). 87 As it is, some assert, "The Most Gracious has taken unto Himself a son 88 Assuredly ye have brought a thing monstrous. 89 This would almost cause the heavens to rent apart, the earth to cleave asunder and the mountains to crumble down in fragments, 90 That they should ascribe unto the Compassionate a son. 91 although it is inconceivable that the Most Gracious should take unto Himself a son! 92 None there is in the heavens and the earth but must come unto the Compassionate as a bondman. 93 He knows their number and has counted each one of them. 94 And each one of them will come before Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 Verily those who believe and do righteous works - anon the Compassionate shall appoint for them affection. 96 and only to this end have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own tongue, [O Prophet,] so that thou might convey thereby a glad tiding to the God-conscious, and warn thereby those who are given to [futile] contention: 97 And how many a generation We destroyed before them! Dost thou perceive so much as one of them, or hear of them a whisper? 98
