Do you not see that We have appointed devils to incite those who deny the truth to disobedience? 83 So be not impatient over them. We only count out to them a [limited] number. 84 On the Day when We shall gather the Godconscious unto [Us,] the Most Gracious, as honoured guests, 85 And drive the wicked into Hell like cattle driven to water, 86 They will have no power of intercession, save him who hath made a covenant with his Lord. 87 They say: "(Allah) Most Gracious has begotten a son!" 88 You have indeed brought an extremely grave speech! 89 The heavens may almost be rent thereat, and the earth cleave asunder, and the mountains fall down in pieces, 90 Due to their ascribing of an offspring to the Most Gracious. 91 And it is not worthy of the Beneficent Allah that He should take (to Himself) a son. 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but comes before Ar-Rahman in all obedience. 93 He has counted them and calculated their number. 94 and every one of them will appear before Him on Resurrection Day in a lonely state. 95 Surely those who believe and do deeds of righteousness -- unto them the All-merciful shall assign love. 96 So We have made this (the Quran) easy in your own tongue (O Muhammad SAW), only that you may give glad tidings to the Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - See V. 2:2), and warn with it the Ludda (most quarrelsome) people. 97 How numerous are the peoples that We destroyed before them! Do you now perceive any one of them, or hear even their whisper? 98
