T H (Taa Haa)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ Ta, Ha. 1 We have not sent down the Qur'an to you that you should be burdened, 2 But as admonition for him who fears -- 3 A revelation from Him Who created the earth and the high heavens. 4 the All Merciful settled on the throne. 5 To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth, and whatever lies in between them, and all that lies under the ground. 6 And if you (O Muhammad SAW) speak (the invocation) aloud, then verily, He knows the secret and that which is yet more hidden. 7 Allah, there is no god except He. To Him belong the most Beautiful Names. 8 Hast thou received the story of Moses? 9 When he saw the fire, he said to his family, "Wait here for I can see a fire. Perhaps I shall bring you a burning torch or find a way to some fire". 10 And when he reached it, he was called by name: O Moses! 11 Verily I am your Lord! Take off your shoes. You are in the sacred valley, Tuwa! 12 And I have chosen you, so listen to what is revealed [to you]. 13 Verily I am God; there is no god but I; therefore serve Me, and perform the prayer of My remembrance. 14 Although it is certain that the Day of Judgment will come, I prefer to keep it almost a secret so that every soul will receive the recompense for what it has done (on its own). 15 Therefore let not him who believes not in it and follows his low desires turn you away from it so that you should perish; 16 What is that in your right band, O Moses?" 17 He said: "This is my stick, whereon I lean, and wherewith I beat down branches for my sheep, and wherein I find other uses." 18 The Lord said, "Moses, throw it on the ground". 19 So he threw it down, and thereupon it was a snake, moving swiftly. 20 The Lord said, "Hold the serpent and do not be afraid; We will bring it back to its original form." 21 “And put your hand inside your armpit – it will come out shining white, not due to any illness – one more sign.” 22 That We may show thee (some) of Our greater portents, 23 "Go thou to Pharaoh, for he has indeed transgressed all bounds." 24
