AND THEY WILL ask thee about [what will happen to] the mountains [when this world comes to an end]. Say, then: "My Sustainer will scatter them far and wide, 105 and leave them a desolate waste, 106 Wherein thou shalt not see any crookedness or ruggedness. 107 That Day, everyone will follow [the call of] the Caller [with] no deviation therefrom, and [all] voices will be stilled before the Most Merciful, so you will not hear except a whisper [of footsteps]. 108 On that Day shall no intercession avail except for those for whom permission has been granted by (Allah) Most Gracious and whose word is acceptable to Him. 109 He knoweth (all) that is before them and (all) that is behind them, while they cannot compass it in knowledge. 110 ۞ (All) faces shall be humbled before (Him) - the Living, the Self-Subsisting, Eternal: hopeless indeed will be the man that carries iniquity (on his back). 111 And whosoever worketh of the righteous works, and is a believer, he will not fear wrong or begrudging 112 Even so We have sent it down as an Arabic Koran, and We have turned about in it something of threats, that haply they may be godfearing, or it may arouse in them remembrance. 113 Exalted is Allah, the True King! Hasten not with reciting the Qur'an before its revelation to you is finished, and pray: "Lord! Increase me in knowledge." 114 We had commanded Adam (certain matters). He forgot Our commandment and We did not find in him the determination to fulfil Our commandments. 115
