They will ask you about the mountains. Tell them: "My Lord will uproot them from the base, 105 And turn them into a level plain, 106 You shall not see therein any crookedness or unevenness. 107 That Day, everyone will follow [the call of] the Caller [with] no deviation therefrom, and [all] voices will be stilled before the Most Merciful, so you will not hear except a whisper [of footsteps]. 108 On that Day no intercession will avail, except from one who has received the sanction of the Merciful and of whose words He approves, 109 Allah knows what is [presently] before them and what will be after them, but they do not encompass it in knowledge. 110 ۞ on that Day all faces shall be humbled before the Living, Self-Subsisting One. Those burdened with evil deeds will come to grief, 111 And whosoever worketh of the righteous works, and is a believer, he will not fear wrong or begrudging 112 Even so We have sent it down as an Arabic Koran, and We have turned about in it something of threats, that haply they may be godfearing, or it may arouse in them remembrance. 113 Supremely exalted is therefore Allah, the King, the Truth, and do not make haste with the Quran before its revelation is made complete to you and say: O my Lord! increase me in knowledge. 114 And We had already taken a promise from Adam before, but he forgot; and We found not in him determination. 115
