The endeavors of he who believes and does good works shall not go unthanked. We write it down for him. 94 It is ordained that no nation We have destroyed shall ever rise again, 95 Until, when Ya'juj and Ma'juj (Gog and Magog) are let loose (from their barrier), and they swiftly swarm from every mound. 96 And the certain promise (of Doom) comes near. Then the eyes of unbelievers will be fixed in horror, (and they will cry:) "Ah, woe betide, we were indeed heedless of this, and were oppressors and unjust." 97 You and what you worship instead of God will be fuel for hell: to it you shall all come -- 98 Had these [false deities] been [actual] gods, they would not have come to it, but all are eternal therein. 99 There is groaning for them therein, and they do not hear. 100 Verily those for whom the good has preceded from Us, they will be removed far therefrom (Hell) [e.g. 'Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary); 'Uzair (Ezra), etc.]. 101 neither shall they hear any of its whisper, but shall live for ever in that their souls desired. 102 The Supreme Horror will not grieve them, and the angels will welcome them, (saying): This is your Day which ye were promised; 103 On that Day We shall roll up the heavens like a scroll of parchment. As We originated the first creation, so shall We repeat it. This is a promise binding on Us. Truly, We shall fulfill it. 104 We have written in the Psalms, after the Remembrance: 'The righteous among My worshipers shall inherit the earth' 105 Verily in this is a preaching for a people who are worshippers. 106 We have not sent you (Prophet Muhammad) except as a mercy to all the worlds. 107 Say: It is only revealed to me that your Allah is one Allah; will you then submit? 108 But if they turn back, say: I have given you warning in fairness and I do not know whether what you are threatened with is near or far; 109 Surely He knows what is spoken aloud and He knows what you hide. 110 And know not; haply it may be a trial for you, and an enjoyment for a season. 111 "Judge in truth (between us), O Lord," he said. "Our Lord is merciful, whose help we seek against what you attribute." 112
