People, this is a parable, listen to it. Those whom you call upon, other than Allah, could never create a fly, though they banded together to do this. And if a fly robs them of anything, they could never rescue it from it. The seeker and the sought are alike in their weakness. 73 They have not revered God properly. God is All-powerful and Majestic. 74 Allah chooses from the angels messengers and from the people. Indeed, Allah is Hearing and Seeing. 75 He knows what is before them and what lies behind them, and all things go back to God. 76 O People who Believe, bow and prostrate yourselves, and worship your Lord, and do good deeds in the hope of attaining salvation. ۩ 77 And strive hard in (the way of) Allah, (such) a striving as is due to Him; He has chosen you and has not laid upon you an hardship in religion; the faith of your father Ibrahim; He named you Muslims before and in this, that the Apostle may be a bearer of witness to you, and you may be bearers of witness to the people; therefore keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate and hold fast by Allah; He is your Guardian; how excellent the Guardian and how excellent the Helper! 78
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
End of Surah: Pilgrimage (Al-Hajj). Sent down in Medina after Light (Al-Noor) before The Hypocrites (Al-Munaafeqoon)
