It is He Who has endowed you with the faculties of hearing and sight and has given you hearts (to think). Scarcely do you give thanks. 78 It is He who scattered you in the earth, and to Him you shall be mustered. 79 He is the One who gives life and causes death and He controls the alternation of night and day. Will you not then understand? 80 They say exactly the same thing as the people who lived before. 81 They said, "When we have died and become dust and bones, are we indeed to be resurrected? 82 Indeed, this [very thing] we have been promised - we and our forefathers - long ago! This is nothing but fables of ancient times!" 83 Say: 'Whose is the earth, and whoso is in it, if you have knowledge?' 84 They will say: "To God." Say: "Then why do you not bethink yourselves?" 85 Say thou: who is Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the mighty throne? 86 They will surely say: "Allah." Say: "Will you not, then, fear (Allah)?" 87 Say: 'In whose Hands is the Kingdom of all things, He protects, and none protects against Him, if you have knowledge' 88 They will say: (This is) Allah's. Say: From whence are you then deceived? 89 Nay, We have conveyed unto them the truth: and yet, behold, they are intent on lying [to themselves]! 90 God has not taken to Himself a son, nor is there any other deity besides Him; otherwise, each god would have walked away with what he had created. They would surely have tried to overcome one another. Glory be to God, above all that they ascribe to Him. 91 who has knowledge of the Unseen and the Visible; high exalted be He, above that they associate! 92
