And He it is Who brought forth for you hearing and sight and hearts, little thanks ye give! 78 It is He who scattered you in the earth, and to Him you shall be mustered. 79 And it is He Who gives life and causes death, and His is the alternation of night and day. Will you not then understand? 80 Aye! they say the like of that which said the ancients. 81 they say: "What! After we have died and become mere dust and bones, shall we, forsooth, be raised from the dead? 82 “Indeed this promise was given to us and before us to our forefathers – this is nothing but stories of earlier people.” 83 Say: "Unto whom belongs the earth and all that lives there on? [Tell me this] if you happen to know [the answer]!" 84 They will say: Allah's. Say: Will you not then mind? 85 Say: "Then who is the Lord of the seven skies? And who is the Lord of the mighty Throne?" 86 They will say, "(They belong) to Allah." Say: "Will ye not then be filled with awe?" 87 Say, "In whose hand is the realm of all things - and He protects while none can protect against Him - if you should know?" 88 They will say: "(All that belongs) to Allah." Say: "How then are you deceived and turn away from the truth?" 89 We have revealed to them the truth. But they are certainly liars. 90 No son did Allah beget, nor is there any god along with Him: (if there were many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have lorded it over others! Glory to Allah! (He is free) from the (sort of) things they attribute to Him! 91 The Knower of the unseen and the seen, so may He be exalted above what they associate (with Him). 92
