Say, [O Muhammad], "My Lord, if You should show me that which they are promised, 93 then do not place me, Lord, with the wrongdoers." 94 And indeed, We are able to show you what We have promised them. 95 Respond to the injustice (done to you) with the better deed. We know best what they attribute to God. 96 Say, "Lord, I seek your protection against the strong temptations of the devils. 97 O my Lord, I seek refuge in You lest they attend me' 98 (They shall persist in their deeds) until when death comes to anyone of them he will say: "My Lord, send me back to the world 99 so that I might act righteously in whatever I have failed [aforetime]!" Nay, it is indeed but a [meaningless] word that he utters: for behind those [who leave the world] there is a barrier [of death] until the Day when all will be raised from the dead! 100 Then when the Trumpet is blown there will be no lineage among them that Day, nor will they ask of each other. 101 Then those whose balance (of good deeds) is heavy,- they will attain salvation: 102 and those whose scales are light, those will be the ones who will have courted loss. They will abide in Hell. 103 The Fire will scorch their faces and they will abide therein with their faces distorted. 104 "Were not My Verses (this Quran) recited to you, and then you used to deny them?" 105 They shall say: O our Lord! our adversity overcame us and we were an erring people: 106 Lord, deliver us from Hell. Then, if we revert again, we shall definitely be wrongdoers." 107 [But] He will say: "Away with you into this [ignominy]! And speak no more unto Me! 108 Verily! There was a party of My slaves, who used to say: "Our Lord! We believe, so forgive us, and have mercy on us, for You are the Best of all who show mercy!" 109 But you made a laughing stock of them to the point where it made you forget My remembrance; and you went on laughing at them. 110 [But,] behold, today I have rewarded them for their patience in adversity: verily, it is they, they who have achieved a triumph!" 111 God will ask them, "How many years did you live in your graves?" 112 They will say: "A day or less than a day. Ask the enumerators of numbers." 113 He will say: 'You have tarried a little, did you know? 114 Deemed ye then that We had created you for naught, and that ye would not be returned unto Us? 115 God is the most exalted King and the Supreme Truth. He is the only God and the Lord of the Gracious Throne. 116 He who invokes any other god along with Allah " one for whom he has no evidence" his reckoning is with his Lord alone. Indeed, these unbelievers shall not prosper. 117 And say: 'My Lord, forgive and have mercy, for You are the Best of the merciful' 118
God the Almighty always says the truth.
