Say, "Lord, if you will afflict them with punishment, 93 exclude me from the unjust people". 94 And indeed We are Able to show you the promise they are given. 95 [But whatever they may say or do,] repel the evil [which they commit] with something that is better: We are fully aware of what they attribute [to Us]. 96 And say: "O my Sustainer! I seek refuge with Thee from the promptings of all evil impulses; 97 I even seek Your refuge, my Lord, lest they should approach me." 98 When death comes to any of them, he says, "My Lord, send me back 99 That I may do right in that which I have left behind! But nay! It is but a word that he speaketh; and behind them is a barrier until the day when they are raised. 100 And when the Horn is blown, on that Day their ties of kindred shall be no more, nor will they ask each other. 101 And they whose weight [of righteousness] is heavy in the balance - it is they, they who will have attained to a happy state; 102 And the ones whose scales prove light it is they who put their lives into ruin, remaining in hell forever. 103 Their faces will be scorched by flames, and they will grin and scowl within it. 104 Were not My communications recited to you? But you used to reject them. 105 They will reply, "Lord, our hard-heartedness overcame us and we went astray. 106 O our Lord! Take us out of it; then if we return (to evil) surely we shall be unjust. 107 He will say: "Remain condemned in it, and do not speak to Me. 108 Surely there was a party of My servants who said: O our Lord! we believe, so do Thou forgive us and have mercy on us, and Thou art the best of the Merciful ones. 109 you made a laughingstock of them and your hostility to them caused you to forget Me, and you simply kept laughing. 110 Lo! I have rewarded them this day forasmuch as they were steadfast in that they, even they, are the triumphant. 111 Then Allah will ask them: "For how many years did you stay on earth?" 112 They will answer: "We have spent there a day, or part of a day; but ask those who [are able to] count [time]" 113 He will say, “You stayed but only a little, if you knew.” 114 Did you imagine that We created you without any purpose, and that you will not be brought back to Us?" 115 Therefore exalted be Allah, the King, the Reality: there is no god but He, the Lord of the Throne of Honour! 116 And whoever invokes besides Allah another deity for which he has no proof - then his account is only with his Lord. Indeed, the disbelievers will not succeed. 117 And, [O Muhammad], say, "My Lord, forgive and have mercy, and You are the best of the merciful." 118
Almighty Allah's Truth.
