Say: 'O my Lord, if Thou shouldst show me that they are promised, 93 O my Lord, do not put me among the harmdoing people' 94 We have certainly the power to make you see what We have promised them. 95 Dispel evil with what is good. We know well what they attribute (to Us). 96 Say: "My Lord, I seek refuge in You from the evil promptings of the devils. 97 And I seek refuge in You, my Lord, lest they be present with me." 98 Until, when death cometh unto one of them, he saith: My Lord! Send me back, 99 haply I shall do righteousness in that I forsook.' Nay, it is but a word he speaks; and there; behind them, is a barrier until the day that they shall be raised up. 100 So when the trumpet is blown, there shall be no ties of relationship between them on that day, nor shall they ask of each other. 101 If the side of ones good deeds weighs heavier on a scale, he will have everlasting happiness, 102 But those whose scales weigh light will have ruined their souls; in Hell will they abide. 103 The Fire will burn their faces, and they will therein grin, with their lips displaced. 104 (It will be said): Were not My revelations recited unto you, and then ye used to deny them? 105 They will reply, "Lord, our hard-heartedness overcame us and we went astray. 106 O our Sustainer! Cause us to come out of this [suffering] - and then, if ever We revert [to sinning,] may we truly be [deemed] evildoers!" 107 He will say, "Remain despised therein and do not speak to Me. 108 "Behold, there were among My servants such as would pray, 'O our Sustainer! We have come to believe [in Thee]; forgive, then, our sins and bestow Thy mercy on us: for Thou art the truest bestower of mercy!' 109 “So you took them for a mockery until your mocking at them made you forget My remembrance, and you used to laugh at them!” 110 Now today I have recompensed them for their patient endurance; they are the triumphant.' 111 He (Allah) will say: "What number of years did you stay on earth?" 112 They will reply. "We remained for about a day or part of it, but ask those who have kept count". 113 He will say: Ye tarried but a little if ye only knew. 114 So do you think that We have created you needlessly, and that you do not have to return to Us? 115 So Most Supreme is Allah, the True King; there is no God except Him; Lord of the Throne of Honour. 116 He who crieth unto any other god along with Allah hath no proof thereof. His reckoning is only with his Lord. Lo! disbelievers will not be successful. 117 Hence, [O believer,] say: "O my Sustainer! Grant [me] forgiveness and bestow Thy mercy [upon me]: for Thou art the truest bestower of mercy!" 118
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
