Say, [O Muhammad], "My Lord, if You should show me that which they are promised, 93 exclude me from the unjust people". 94 We have the Power to strike them with torment before your very eyes. 95 Repel evil with that which is better. We are Best Aware of that which they allege. 96 and say, "My Lord, I seek refuge with You from the prompting of the devils. 97 I seek refuge with You, Lord, lest they should come near me." 98 Until, when death comes to one of them he says: 'My Lord, let me go back, 99 That I may do some good I did not do (in the world)." Not so. These are only words he utters. Behind them lies the intervening barrier (stretching) to the day of their resurrection. 100 Then when the Trumpet is blown there will be no lineage among them that Day, nor will they ask of each other. 101 Then he whose balances shall be heavy - these! they are the blissful ones. 102 but those whose scales are light shall forfeit their souls and live in Gehenna (Hell) for ever. 103 The Fire shall scorch their faces, exposing their jaws. 104 "Were not My messages read out to you? But you denied them." 105 They will exclaim: "O our Sustainer! Our bad luck has overwhelmed us, and so we went astray! 106 Our Lord! Oh, bring us forth from hence! If we return (to evil) then indeed we shall be wrong-doers. 107 He will say: "Be ye driven into it (with ignominy)! And speak ye not to Me! 108 Verily there was a party of My bondmen who said: our Lord! we have believed, wherefore forgive us and have mercy upon us, and Thou art the Best of the merciful ones! 109 Then ye took them mockingly, so that they caused you to forget remembrance of Me, and at them ye were wont to laugh. 110 Surely I have rewarded them this day because they were patient, that they are the achievers. 111 He shall say, 'How long have you tarried in the earth, by number of years?' 112 They will say: "We stayed for a day or part of a day. Ask of those who keep count of this." 113 He will say: "You stayed only for a while, if you only knew that. 114 Then did you think that We created you uselessly and that to Us you would not be returned?" 115 Exalted then be God, the King, the Real. There is no god but He, the Lord of the glorious throne. 116 He who invokes any other god along with Allah " one for whom he has no evidence" his reckoning is with his Lord alone. Indeed, these unbelievers shall not prosper. 117 And say (O Muhammad SAW): "My Lord! Forgive and have mercy, for You are the Best of those who show mercy!" 118
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
