Pray, “My Lord! If You show me the promise they are given,” 93 My Lord! then place me not with the unjust. 94 We have the Power to strike them with torment before your very eyes. 95 Repel evil with that which is better. We are Best Aware of that which they allege. 96 And pray: "My Lord! I seek Your refuge from the suggestions of the evil ones; 97 and I seek refuge with Thee, O my Sustainer, lest they come near unto me!" 98 [For such is the state of the disbelievers], until, when death comes to one of them, he says, "My Lord, send me back 99 so that I may do good works in the world I have left behind." Never! It is indeed but a meaningless word that he utters. A barrier shall stand behind such people till the Day they are raised up again. 100 So when the trumpet is blown, there shall be no ties of relationship between them on that day, nor shall they ask of each other. 101 Then as for him whose good deeds are preponderant, these are the successful. 102 whereas they whose weight is light in the balance - it is they who will have squandered their own selves, [destined] to abide in hell: 103 The Fire shall scorch their faces, exposing their jaws. 104 Were not My communications recited to you? But you used to reject them. 105 They will say, “Our Lord! Our ill-fate overcame us, and we were the astray people.” 106 "Our Lord! Bring us out of this; if ever we return (to evil), then indeed we shall be Zalimun: (polytheists, oppressors, unjust, and wrong-doers, etc.)." 107 He will say: 'Slink there in it and do not speak to Me' 108 "A part of My servants there was, who used to pray 'our Lord! we believe; then do Thou forgive us, and have mercy upon us: For Thou art the Best of those who show mercy!" 109 but you made them a target of your derision to the point where it made you forget all remembrance of Me; and you went on and on laughing at them. 110 Lo! I have rewarded them this day forasmuch as they were steadfast in that they, even they, are the triumphant. 111 He will say, “How long did you stay on earth, counting by the number of years? 112 They will say: "We stayed for a day or part of a day. Ask of those who keep count of this." 113 He will say, “You stayed but only a little, if you knew.” 114 "Did you think that We had created you in play (without any purpose), and that you would not be brought back to Us?" 115 Therefore exalted be Allah, the King, the Reality: there is no god but He, the Lord of the Throne of Honour! 116 And whosoever calleth, along with Allah, unto god, of whom he hath no warranty, then his reckoning is only with his Lord; verily thrive will not the infidels. 117 And say, (O Muhammad): "My Lord, forgive us and have mercy on us, for You are the Best of those that are merciful." 118
God the Almighty always says the truth.
