Blessed is He who could give you palaces and gardens wherein streams would flow, far better than what they want you to have. 10 But they have denied the Hour, and We have prepared for those who deny the Hour a Blaze. 11 When it (Hell) sees them from a far place, they will hear its raging and its roaring. 12 And when they are chained together and flung into a narrow space therein, they will begin to call for death. 13 Exclaim not today for one destruction, but exclaim for many destructions. 14 Say, "Is that better or the Garden of Eternity which is promised to the righteous? It will be for them a reward and destination. 15 Therein they will eternally have whatever they want. This is a binding promise from your Lord." 16 And on the Day whereon He will gather them and that which they worship beside Allah and will say: are ye the ones who sent astray these My bondmen; or strayed they themselves from the way? 17 They will answer, "Hallowed be You! It was not proper for us to choose any guardian other than You. But You gave them and their fathers the comforts of this life, so that they forgot Your reminder and thus brought destruction upon themselves." 18 [God will say], "Now, they have given the lie to all your assertions, and you can neither ward off [your punishment] nor obtain any help." For, whoever of you has committed evil, shall be caused by Us to taste great suffering!" 19 And We have not sent before thee any of the sent ones but verily they ate food and walked about in the market places. And We have made some of you unto some others a temptation; will ye have patience? And thy Lord is ever a Beholder. 20
