The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Ta. Sin. Mim. 1 These are the verses of the Book that makes (things) clear. 2 It may be that you will destroy yourself with grief because they will not believe. 3 We could send down from the heavens a sign to them if We pleased, before which their heads would remain bowed. 4 A fresh remembrance has never come to them from the Merciful, except they turn away from it. 5 So they have indeed denied (the truth - this Quran), then the news of what they mocked at, will come to them. 6 Have they not seen the earth, how many We caused to grow in it every generous kind? 7 Surely, in this there is a sign yet most of them do not believe. 8 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
